Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with WAVEMARKS. We ship worldwide, with delivery available across the European Union and to most countries internationally.

Order processing All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates Shipping charges are calculated as a flat rate and shown at checkout before you complete your order. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Latvia & Baltics: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Rest of EU: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch
• International (rest of world): typically 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes Orders within the EU include applicable taxes at checkout. For international orders outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not covered by WAVEMARKS.

Lost or damaged parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
